04 · Product Development
From Concept to Mass Production
New portable power station and hybrid energy products move through in-house development: circuit design, PCBA prototyping, battery pack integration, enclosure design and validation before mass production.
Ultra-low voltage LiFePO4 storage architecture, MPPT solar charging and pure sine wave inversion are developed and refined on site, so product decisions stay close to the production line.

Units pass final inspection and are packed with protective foam materials.

Quality Control on the Line
Quality checks are built into the production flow: incoming material checks, in-process inspection on the assembly line and final inspection before packaging.
Dedicated production test equipment and instrumented workbenches let operators verify electrical performance at each stage instead of relying on end-of-line checks alone.

Testing & Validation
Finished units are validated in the factory test area with industrial testing equipment, charger testers, oscilloscope workbenches and battery aging racks before shipment.
