To meet user charging needs and the usage of other electronic devices, the shell typically features charging ports, USB interfaces, LED indicators, power buttons, etc. These interfaces and buttons are vital for user-device interaction, and the types and quantity depend on the specific functionalities of the product.


To ensure the normal operating temperature of internal circuits and batteries, the shell often incorporates heat dissipation structures such as heat dissipation holes or fins. Hollow designs increase air circulation, promoting natural convection for heat dissipation. Additionally, fans can be installed on the shell to accelerate airflow and enhance heat dissipation efficiency.


Some portable power sources are equipped with screens or displays to indicate battery level, charging status, operational status, etc. These displays are typically integrated into the shell and commonly feature LCD screens, requiring coordination with the main body of the shell for installation.


Protective measures and Branding and labeling: The shell structure usually includes shockproof designs to safeguard internal circuits and batteries from external impacts. This may involve cushioning materials, raised or recessed designs to reduce impact force, and anti-slip structures to improve stability for users when handling, reducing the risk of slipping. The shell might carry manufacturer branding, product models, safety certification marks, etc., typically printed at specific locations on the outer surface.


These components constitute the general structure of a portable power source.
